Spoonsparrow yogurt with mandarins: fruity cookie crumbs add a crisp twist!

Ingredients

  • 4 mandarines
  • 8 whole grain biscuits
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp apple juice
  • 500 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful physalis
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

    Peel the mandarins, cut into pieces and set aside a few segments for garnish; chop the rest finely. Crumble the biscuits and mix with mandarin pieces, honey, and apple juice. Divide the mixture among four glasses.

    Add yogurt on top of the biscuit layer. Sprinkle coconut flakes over it. Wash raspberries, pat dry, and place them on top. Separate physalis from their husks. Rinse mint leaves and shake dry.

    Decorate with playful faces made from remaining mandarin pieces, raspberries, physalis, and mint, placing them atop the yogurt.
