Ingredients
- 1 package pizza dough
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 100 g black olives
- 50 g fresh parmesan
- flour (for the form)
- 250 g mozzarella
- coarse Sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Thaw the pizza dough according to package instructions and let it rise. Rinse the rosemary, pat dry, and pluck the needles from the stems. Chop the olives into small pieces.

Knead the pizza dough with rosemary, olives, and Parmesan. Divide the dough into apricot-sized pieces and press each with lightly floured hands into flat discs.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slice mozzarella into rounds and top the discs with them. Sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (or 180°C fan) for about 20 minutes.
