Yogurt with Honey and Apple

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp coarse oatmeal
  • 4 apples
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 500 g low-fat milk yogurt
  • 4 tsp honey
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Roast the oats in a small pan without fat. Wash the apples, quarter them, core and chop into small pieces. Drizzle apple pieces with lemon juice.

    Stir the apples into the yogurt. Sprinkle with roasted oats and drizzle honey over the top. Garnish with a few lemon balm leaves.
