Cherry Yogurt Bowl

Spoonsparrow and Exquisa present: Cherry Yogurt Bowl – a spoonful of pleasure!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 glass sour cherries (360 ml)
- 20 g Dark chocolate
- 2 cups Exquisa ZERO quark yogurt cream cherry (400 g each)
- 4 tbsp fine rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cashew kernels
- 2 tbsp peanut butter

Whisk chia seeds with 3 tbsp water and let soak for about 15 minutes. Drain the cherries, reserving the juice. Finely grate the dark chocolate.

Set aside 50 g of sour cherries. Blend the remaining cherries, 3 tbsp cherry juice, and the soaked chia seeds in a hand blender until smooth. Spoon 1 tbsp of this mixture into each bowl. Top with half a portion of Exquisa ZERO quark yogurt cream cherry and spread evenly.
