Yellow Smoothie Bowl with Mango for the Thermomix®
The Yellow Smoothie Bowl with Mango for the Thermomix guarantees to impress even the most reluctant breakfast lovers!
Ingredients
- 800 g small pineapple (1 small pineapple)
- 0.5 lime
- 1 orange
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 1 ripe Mango
- 1 Banana
- 250 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- 150 ml coconut milk (9 % fat)
- 30 g coconut blossom sugar (2 Tbsp)
- 60 g delicate rolled oats (4 tbsp)
- 60 g cashew nuts (4 tbsp)
Instructions

Fill the mixing bowl with cashew nuts, chop for 5 seconds on speed 5, then transfer to a separate container.

Halve the pineapple, peel, core, and cut into pieces. Cut one‑third of the pineapple into 1½ cm cubes and set aside.

Squeeze the lime half and orange separately. Wash mint, shake dry, and pluck leaves.

Peel the mango, remove flesh from the pit, and cut into pieces. Peel the banana, slice, and drizzle with a little lime juice.

Add the fruit to the mixing bowl along with remaining lime juice, orange juice, yogurt, coconut milk, and coconut blossom sugar. Blend for 2 minutes on speed 10. Then pour into four bowls and sprinkle oats in the center of each.

Garnish the smoothie bowl with cashew nuts, reserved pineapple cubes, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
