Liquid breakfast – Soy smoothie with raspberries: everything you need for a good start to the day. It gives power for the day.
Ingredients
- 250 g raspberries
- 1.5 tbsp liquid honey
- 15 g delicate instant oatmeal (2 tbsp)
- 100 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
- 300 ml soy drink (soy milk) or low‑fat milk
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions

Wash the berries. Place them with honey, oats, yogurt and soy drink in a bowl or tall vessel.

Blend everything finely with an immersion blender. Pour the smoothie into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately.
