Ingredients
- 150 g Fresh grain mix (Reformhaus)
- 2 apples (about 150 g each)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 40 g hearty rolled oats
- 20 g almonds (with shell)
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp ground vanilla

Set the fresh grain mix in cold water and let it soak overnight in the refrigerator. Wash the apples and grate them with the skin on.

Combine with lemon juice and stir into the softened grain porridge. Mix in the oats. Roughly chop the almonds.
