Yogurt Sorbet with Acai Berries

Ingredients

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 200 g acai berry pulp
  • 1 Banana
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • fresh berries (e.g., strawberries and blueberries)
  • caramel lattice

Instructions

    Peel the banana, slice it, and blend with yogurt, orange juice, and honey in a blender until smooth. Sweeten to taste. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 3 hours. Every 30 minutes stir with a fork to prevent large ice crystals from forming.

    Serve garnished with fresh berries and caramel lattice as desired.
