Ingredients
- 250 g yogurt
- 200 g acai berry pulp
- 1 Banana
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 5 tbsp Honey
- fresh berries (e.g., strawberries and blueberries)
- caramel lattice

Peel the banana, slice it, and blend with yogurt, orange juice, and honey in a blender until smooth. Sweeten to taste. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 3 hours. Every 30 minutes stir with a fork to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
