Yogurt with Strawberries and Fresh Mint

A refreshing yogurt topped with fresh strawberries and mint, a perfect breakfast or dessert from Spoonsparrow!
Ingredients
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tsp liquid honey
- 0.25 tsp lime zest
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 500 g fresh strawberries
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Stir the yogurt with honey and lime zest.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it gently into the yogurt mixture.

Wash, dry, and quarter the strawberries.

Divide about half of the berries among glasses, spoon the yogurt over them, and top with the remaining berries and fresh mint.

Serve immediately.
