Ingredients

  • 600 g cherries
  • 100 ml dry red wine
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 EL raw sugar
  • 0.25 TL cloves powder
  • 2 Vanilla Beans
  • 500 g cream yogurt
  • 3 EL thick honey
  • 6 binder (Biobin) (Reformhaus)
  • 3 TL lemon juice
  • 100 g whipping cream

Instructions

    Wash, stem and pit the cherries. Then simmer with red wine, cinnamon stick, raw sugar and cloves powder for about 5 minutes covered; transfer to a bowl and cover.

    For the yogurt mousse slit the vanilla beans lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and mix with yogurt, honey, Biobin and lemon juice. Whip the cream stiffly and fold into the mixture.

    Rinse four serving molds with cold water, fill them with the yogurt mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. To serve, loosen from the mold edges with a knife and plate; garnish with red‑wine cherries.
