Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries (frozen)
  • 150 g strawberries (frozen)
  • 150 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 100 g sugar (more or less to taste)
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 400 g plain yogurt
  • 200 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Blend the frozen berries with one third of the sugar, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Whip the cream stiffly and fold it in. Freeze until serving, stirring every 30 minutes to keep the ice cream creamy.

    Remove about 10 minutes before serving and distribute into pretty cups.
