Ingredients
- 250 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 250 g whipping cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 30 g chopped pistachios

Heat the cream and sugar until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and cool over a cold water bath while stirring. Fold in the yogurt.

Either finish in an ice cream maker or pour the mixture into a shallow metal bowl and freeze for about ½ hour, stir vigorously, refreeze for another ½ hour, repeat this process 2–3 more times, then freeze for an additional 2 hours before serving.

Serve by scooping with an ice cream scoop, arranging in dessert glasses, drizzling honey over the top, and sprinkling pistachios.
