Yogurt and Fruit Muesli

Ingredients

  • 800 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Bananas
  • 50 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 60 g muesli
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk yogurt with lemon juice and honey until smooth, then pour into bowls. Wash mint, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Wash apples, quarter them, remove cores, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel bananas and slice. Add fruit, walnuts, and muesli to the yogurt. Gently fold everything together and serve garnished with mint.
