Fruit Salad for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 1 apple
  • 600 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants)
  • 200 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Slice the orange into thin rounds. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into wedges. Wash the berries, deseed if necessary, clean them and halve if needed.

    Distribute the orange slices and apple wedges over bowls. Whisk the yogurt with the vanilla powder and lemon juice and pour over the fruit.
