Skyr Bowl

The Skyr Bowl from Spoonsparrow is a fruity‑creamy breakfast favorite packed with healthy nutrients!

Ingredients

  • 400 g Skyr
  • 80 g delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 150 g mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers (15 g each)
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful blueberries

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Blend Skyr, delicate oatmeal flakes, frozen berries and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Then stir in lemon juice.

    Toast almond slivers in a hot pan without fat over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, rinse and wash the raspberries and blueberries.

    Divide the Skyr mixture into two bowls. Garnish each bowl with berries and toasted almond slivers.
