Ingredients
- 500 g yellow plums
- 1 green peppercorn sprig
- 1 red pepperoni
- 80 ml white wine vinegar
- 200 g sugar

Wash plums, halve them and remove the pits. Wash peppercorn sprig and let it drain. Wash pepperoni, pat dry. Layer prepared ingredients in a hot rinsed glass.

Heat vinegar with 250 ml water and sugar in a pot and simmer for about 1 minute until sugar dissolves, then pour into plum jar. Ensure plums are fully covered. Seal jar tightly and leave on the lid for about 10 minutes, then invert and let cool.
