Ingredients

  • 200 g Wild rice
  • 100 g walnuts (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp mint (chopped)
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
