Ingredients
- 400 g Broccoli
- 400 g Cauliflower
- 200 g radishes
- 100 g frisée lettuce
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Roquefort
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 5 tbsp Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Clean and wash broccoli and cauliflower, cut into small florets. Blanch florets in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, drain and shock with cold water.

Wash and trim radishes. Wash frisée lettuce, trim, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes and halve them.

For the dressing, mash Roquefort with a fork and mix in cream, yogurt, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, frisée, and tomatoes on plates and pour dressing over the salad.
