Ingredients
- 1 small head of frisée lettuce
- 1 bunch radishes (ca. 250 g)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- 80 g anchovies in oil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions

Wash the lettuce, dry and cut into small pieces. Wash, trim, and slice radishes thinly. Wash tomatoes and halve them. Drain olives and anchovies, optionally rinse anchovies and pat dry.

Arrange lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, and olives on plates. Whisk olive oil with lemon juice, vinegar, a pinch of salt and sugar, and parsley; taste and adjust. Drizzle over salad, top with anchovies, and serve.
