Ingredients
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 0.5 head lettuce
- 0.5 frisée lettuce
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 vegetable onion
- 6 black olives
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- salt (pepper)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions

Wash the salad and tear into leaves. Peel the eggs. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Peel, halve, and slice the onion into thin rings. Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly.

Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl. For the dressing mix vinegar, oil, salt, oregano, and pepper; press the garlic cloves into the mixture and drizzle over the salad. Slice the eggs and garnish with olives.
