Ingredients
- 1 small frisée lettuce
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 1 bunch radishes
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tart apple
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 120 g cheese (e.g., Gouda)
- 50 g corn (canned)
- 80 ml apple juice
- 2 EL vinegar
- 1 EL germ oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 EL chopped parsley

Separate the frisée into leaves, wash, tear apart and spin dry. Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove all white membranes from the bell pepper and dice into small cubes. Trim, wash and slice radishes. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes. Wash apple, quarter, core, finely dice and drizzle with lemon juice.

Dice the cheese, mix with corn and add to the remaining salad ingredients. Whisk together apple juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Toss the salad with this dressing and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
