Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh wild garlic (about 50 g)
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- ½ tsp ground cumin

Wash the wild garlic and finely chop it.

Whisk the quark with cream and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in the wild garlic and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
