Ingredients

  • 1 handful fresh wild garlic (about 50 g)
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • ½ tsp ground cumin

    Wash the wild garlic and finely chop it.
