Ingredients

  • 500 g cherries (pitted)
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (1:1)
  • 50 ml cherry liqueur

Instructions

    Add the cherries to a large pot, lightly mash them with a potato masher and mix in the gelatin sugar. Bring to a boil, simmer for 3 minutes while stirring, then stir in the liqueur.

    Fill the jam into jars until full. Let cool and serve spread on a poppyseed roll.
