A variety of herb butter is a perfect after-work recipe – quick to make, healthy, and made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch sorrel
- 0.5 bunch sage
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 0.5 bunch wild garlic
- 500 g soft butter
- Salt
- ground pepper
- Lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the herbs, shake off excess water, chop the leaves and mix with 125 g of soft butter each. Season with salt and pepper.

If desired, add a splash of lemon juice to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until firm and serve.
