Herb Butter with Wild Garlic

Spoonsparrow herb butter with wild garlic is always wonderfully good.
Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 1 bundle of wild garlic
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 0.5 bundle of chives
- Salt
Instructions

Wash the wild garlic, remove the stems and pat dry. Finely chop.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them.

Wash the chives, pat dry and cut into small rolls.

Place the garlic and a quarter of the wild garlic with a pinch of salt in a mortar and crush into a fine paste. Stir in the chopped wild garlic and chives into the softened butter. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use so it firms up.
