Ingredients

  • 70 wild garlic leaves
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chive rolls
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 20 wild garlic flowers

Instructions

    Wash the wild garlic and pat dry. Finely chop 10 leaves and mix with the chives into the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, taste.

    Lay three leaf strips without stems overlapping, place about 1 tbsp of the herb‑cream mixture on each, roll together. Secure with flower stems and pierce holes with small wooden skewers.
