Ingredients
- 125 g gooseberry jam
- 1 tbsp honey
- 200 g lingonberries
- 600 g Oscypek (smoked Polish sheep cheese, alternative goat cheese roll)
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp oil

In a pot combine the gooseberry jam and honey, add the lingonberries, and simmer for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Let cool.

Place beaten eggs in one shallow dish and mix breadcrumbs with almonds in another. Dip cheese slices first in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture; fry in oil on both sides until golden brown and remove. Arrange cheese on plates and serve with the lingonberry sauce.
