Ingredients
- 120 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg
- 8 small oval camemberts (about 70 g each)
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Mix the breadcrumbs with the poppy seeds.

Coat each camembert first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Press the coating firmly onto the cheese. Fry the coated camemberts in hot oil in a pan until golden yellow. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with fresh salad and lingonberries to taste.
