Ingredients
- 50 g wild garlic (1 bundle)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 250 g butter (room temperature)
- Pepper

Wash the wild garlic, pat dry, roughly chop and blend with olive oil and salt using a stick blender.

Whisk the butter with a hand whisk until frothy. Add the wild garlic mixture and season with pepper. Whisk to a homogeneous mass and transfer to a clean jar. The butter stays fresh in the refrigerator for 1–2 weeks.
