Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 handful wild garlic (ca. 50 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 400 g Cottage Cheese
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • dandelion flower (for garnish)

Instructions

    Slice the baguette into about 12 pieces. Wash, trim, and pat dry the wild garlic. Blend with olive oil and pine nuts in a mixer until smooth. Fold into the cottage cheese and season with salt and pepper.

    Spread onto the bread slices (optionally toast briefly) and serve garnished with dandelion flowers.
