- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
- 1 handful watercress
- 0.333 salad cucumber
- 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
- 1 tbsp wasabi
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder

Arrange the whole wheat breads side by side and spread with cottage cheese. Place the sprouts and watercress in a sieve, rinse, and shake dry. Wash the cucumber and slice lengthwise into thin rounds. Top half of the breads with cucumber slices and sprinkle some alfalfa sprouts. Sprinkle watercress on the remaining four breads.

Blend the cream cheese with the remaining sprouts, watercress, and wasabi in a blender until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cucumber‑sprouted breads. Lightly salt and pepper. Top the other breads with watercress and dust with chili powder.
