Grilled Bread with Ham and Pears

Ingredients
- 4 slices ciabatta
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pear
- 150 g young gouda cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 120 g thinly sliced chicken breast
- a handful of spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp lingonberries (jar)

Drizzle the bread with 3-4 tbsp olive oil and toast in a grill pan until typical grill marks form. Wash the pear, dry, halve, remove core, slice into thin eighths. Remove bread from pan and top with pear slices.

Cut cheese into pieces and spread on top as well. Sprinkle everything with chili flakes, salt, pepper. Finally place chicken slices and washed spinach on the breads and drizzle with lingonberries and a few drops of olive oil.
