White Wine Mulled Wine

Ingredients

• 1 Organic Orange
• 750 ml dry white wine
• 3 Cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 star anise
• 2 tbsp honey
• 100 ml white rum

Instructions

   Wash the orange hot, dry it and grate its peel, then slice the fruit into rounds. Heat the wine with spices, orange zest and honey in a pot, do not boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

   Remove the spices and zest, stir in the rum and serve the mulled wine in glasses each topped with an orange slice.
