Ingredients

  • 60 ml dark rum
  • 60 ml boiling hot water
  • 0.25 Boskop apple
  • 0.5 Boskop apple (skin)
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

    Pour the rum into a small pot and warm it, dissolving the powdered sugar in it.

    Cut the apple into bite‑size cubes, place them in a glass, pour the warm rum over them, and top with hot water.

    Arrange an apple spiral around the rim.
