White Mousse

Ingredients

  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 5 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 125 ml whipping cream
  • 30 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

    For the light mousse, melt chopped white chocolate in a double boiler.

    Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.

    Whip the cream until stiff.

    Stir the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then fold in the meringue.

    Fill individual bowls with the mousse and chill in the refrigerator until serving. For presentation, use a spoon dipped in hot water to scoop portions onto plates and garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate curls as desired.
