Ingredients
- 600 g watermelon flesh
- 1 orange (organic) juice
- 1 packet Gelierfix
- 400 g sugar
- 1 packet citric acid

Press the watermelon flesh through a sieve until about 400 ml of juice is obtained. Mix the orange juice with the watermelon juice and top up to 750 ml with water.

Mix Gelierfix and 2 tbsp sugar with citric acid. Add the watermelon juice, bring to a boil, stir in the remaining sugar, cook for 1 minute, and fill jars with twist-off lids.

Seal well, place on the lid for 15 minutes, then flip over and let cool.
