Ingredients
- 500 g mixed forest berries
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml chilled white grape juice
- mint
Instructions

1. Wash, clean, and gently pat the berries dry.

2. Transfer to a tall container and puree finely. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds.

3. Place in a shallow bowl and freeze for about 2 hours.

4. Re-puree with sugar and grape juice.

5. Freeze again for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

6. Shape the sorbet into balls and serve in cups garnished with mint.
