Ingredients
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 75 ml milk
- 30 g cashew nuts (coarsely chopped)
- 30 g dried cranberries
- vanilla pods
- butter (for the pan)
Instructions

Sift powdered sugar into a pot. Add butter and milk, bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add finely shredded white chocolate, letting it melt.

Stir in the nuts, cranberries, and vanilla bean pulp into the chocolate mixture.

Grease the pan with butter, pour in the chocolate mixture, smooth the top, and let cool completely on a rack until firm.

Remove the set chocolate from the pan and cut into 2 cm squares. Store tightly sealed in an airtight container.
