- 8 sugar snap peas
- Salt
- 150 ml milk
- 0.25 tsp wasabi powder

Wash, trim, and blanch the sugar snap peas in lightly salted boiling water for about 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, shock in cold water, and drain well.

Slice the peas lengthwise and squeeze out the beans. Warm the milk in a saucepan, stir in the wasabi, and use a milk frother to create foam.

Fold in half of the beans, pour into glasses, and garnish each with a sliced pea and a few beans.
