Ingredients

  • 400 g white chocolate
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 1.5 EL maple syrup
  • 150 g white chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

    Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl. Bring the cream to a boil, pour it over the chocolate, let it melt, stir in the syrup, and let everything cool for about 5 hours.

    Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a small tip, pipe small mounds onto parchment paper on a baking sheet. Let them chill again for 1 hour, shape balls with your hands, roll them in chocolate sprinkles, arrange in praline molds and serve.
