Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 EL Butter
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 2 TL liquid honey
  • 0.5 TL cinnamon
  • 2 TL lemon juice
  • 2 EL orange juice
  • 40 g chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

    In a non-stick pan toast the hazelnuts without oil until golden brown, remove and set aside.

    Then melt the butter in the pan.

    Peel the bananas, cut them lengthwise in half, and fry them in the butter on the cut side for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Add the sugar, honey, and cinnamon. Briefly caramelize and deglaze with lemon and orange juice. Plate the bananas with the sauce and garnish with the toasted nuts.
