Ingredients

  • 4 Boskop apples
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp ground hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 40 ml rum
  • 700 ml milk
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Liquid honey
  • 8 dried apple slices

Instructions

    Wash the apples, then cut out the core generously. Mix honey, hazelnuts, raisins, cinnamon and butter, and spread this mixture over the apples.

    Grease a baking dish, place the apples in it and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

    Remove the apples, transfer them to a tall vessel, pour lemon juice and rum over them.

    Heat the milk in a pot, add the baked apples, then blend everything with an immersion blender until frothy. Divide into four glasses or cups, add one scoop of vanilla ice cream each, garnish with dried apple slices and drizzle some honey on top.
