- 100 g walnut kernels
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 100 g dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- pepper (from grinder)

Add the walnuts and parmesan to a blender. Add the drained tomatoes, reserve the oil, and add the tomato pieces to the blender. Blend with lemon juice until smooth, slowly pour in the olive oil and add 3-4 EL of the tomato oil. Continue blending until a creamy consistency forms. Season with pepper, fill jars, and seal tightly.
