Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp chopped almond kernels
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 30 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Roast almonds in a dry pan until golden brown. Chop the tomatoes, peel and press the garlic.

Blend garlic, almonds, oregano, basil and tomatoes with a stick blender, pour in the oil, season with parmesan, salt and pepper.
