Ingredients
- 40 g pine nuts
- 100 g wild garlic leaves
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (fresh, to taste)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Wash the wild garlic, shake off excess water, and roughly chop it. Blend the garlic with the roasted pine nuts, gradually adding the olive oil until the pesto reaches a creamy consistency. Stir in the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a jar, cover the surface with a thin layer of oil, and store in the refrigerator.
