Ingredients
- 80 g parsley
- 50 g walnut kernels
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- ground pepper

Rinse the parsley, pick off the leaves and pat them dry. Place the parsley, walnuts, peeled garlic, grape seed oil, and a splash of olive oil in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add more olive oil until a creamy pesto forms. Stir in Parmesan and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
