Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley (about 30 g)
- 80 g Walnuts
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- a splash of lemon juice
Instructions

Wash the parsley, remove leaves and pat them dry. Place in a blender with the walnuts, peeled garlic, grape seed oil and some olive oil, then blend until smooth.

Add more olive oil until a creamy pesto forms. Stir in Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
