Ingredients
- 2 knollensellerie (≈400 g)
- 150 g peeled walnuts
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- sugar
- 0.5 bunch chervil
Instructions

Peel, wash and cut the celery into fine strips or shave it. Lightly toast the walnuts in a pan without added fat, remove and roughly chop them. Whisk the yogurt with oil and lemon juice, seasoning with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

Wash the chervil, shake dry, finely chop and mix with the celery strips, walnuts and yogurt dressing. Serve arranged in bowls.
