Ingredients
- 250 g mini mozzarella balls
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp pink peppercorns (crushed)
- 2 tsp nut oil, to taste
- 1 kg watermelon
- a few basil leaves
Instructions

Drain the mozzarella balls. Mix with lime zest, lime juice, pink peppercorns, and nut oil.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the watermelon into larger triangles (peel if desired).

Arrange the watermelon with the mozzarella balls and a few basil leaflets on a plate.
