Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots
  • 150 g cream cheese (double cream)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 tsp honey
  • 4 slices whole‑grain crispbread
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 8 walnut halves

Instructions

    Peel, wash and grate the carrots; mix half of them with the cream cheese and season with salt and honey.

    Spread the mixture on the crispbread and top with the remaining carrot grating. Garnish with parsley and walnut halves.
